WHOLESALE POLICIES

minimums

  • Opening order : $300
    Reorder minimum : None *
  • a minimum of $300 in orders per quarter must be maintained to continue to remain a current retailer. The total excludes single special orders. Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

retailer benefits

  • once your initial opening order ships, you will receive the following retailer benefits for the quarter in which your order ships.
  • Zip code protection
    With quarterly orders of $300, we offer zip code protection for the remainder of the current quarter and the following quarter and list you on our website as a preferred retailer. (This excludes individual custom orders)
  • Listing on our website as a preferred retailer
  • Drop shipping fees waived for special orders
    With the quarterly/yearly commitment you will receive the wholesale price for custom orders instead of the drop-ship price non-active customers receive. We will drop-ship special orders to your customers at the wholesale price instead of the drop-ship price. A minimum of $300 in orders per quarter* must be maintained to continue to receive the above orders.

drop shipping

  • Any items shipping directly to a customer will incur a drop ship fee + cost of shipping if you are not a current retailer

payment

  • The balance of the order total + shipping charges will be due the week your order is scheduled to ship.
  • Payment methods :
  • If you choose to have a credit card on file with us, the card on file will be charged within 24 - 72 hours prior to the order shipping.
  • You may also pay via payable invoice which will be sent within 24 - 72 hours of the order being ready to ship. If you would like this to be the default payment option for your account, please let us know at wholesale@christinakober.com and we will update your account.
  • Payment for custom orders that require a 50% deposit must be received before production on the item(s) will begin. Keeping a credit card on file will expedite this process.
  • If you wish to apply for terms please email us for additional information as this is granted on a case by case basis with an application process.

lead times

  • Shipment windows
    As orders are placed, they are assigned to shipment windows. Orders will ship as ready within the shipment window. Shipment windows are two week periods; 1 – 15 of the month and 16 – 31 of the month. As the shipment window fills up with assigned orders, newly placed orders will be allocated into the next shipment window.

  • Small orders
    orders with 1 – 4 items will ship within 7 days.

shipping

  • orders ship via usps priority mail. We are happy to accommodate other preferred shipping methods.
  • rush orders
    We are not always able to accommodate rush order requests due to availability of certain materials; however, in the event we are able to fulfill a small (less than 5 pieces) rush order request, a rush fee starting at $20 per order will apply. This will ensure that your order is placed at the front of our production schedule and will be made within 1-2 business days. If you wish to further expedite your order you may request USPS Priority Express Shipping (1-2 day shipping).

custom orders / messages

  • We require a 50% deposit on both 14k gold items and custom orders. The deposit is to be paid at the time the order is placed. We will not start production on these items until the deposit is paid.
  • A custom order is anything that is outside of our standard “in-production” items on our line sheets. This includes messages, design changes etc… While any of our pieces can be requested to be made in solid 14k gold or 14k rose gold, our rings are the only items listed on the line sheets in solid 14k gold.
  • Custom order charges begin at $4 wholesale / $10 retail for custom messages.
  • Additional customization can result in additional charges.
  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

account status

  • To remain an active account (with continued access to our retailer benefits) you must place at least 1 order per quarter over $300.
  • After 1 quarter of inactivity, you will be placed on “Restricted” status with limited wholesale access. You will still receive zip code protection and be named as a retailer on our website but will NOT have access to wholesale prices. If you wish to place small orders (less than $300) we are happy to fill those at the dropship price.
  • After 2 consecutive quarters without a qualifying order, your account will officially be placed on “Inactive” status. You may become an active account at any time with a $300 order and provided your zip code is still available

cancellations

  • All order cancellations or changes must be received AND confirmed in writing by a CKD employee. Any changes/cancellation not submitted and confirmed in writing are not guaranteed.
  • All cancellations or changes should be sent to wholesale@christinakober.com. Cancellations or changes sent to any other CKD email are not guaranteed to be received.
  • Additions to orders may be accommodated on a case by case basis. Depending on the quantity/style added to your order, the additional items may push your order into the following ship window or placed on a new order for a later ship window.
  • Orders cancelled within the ship window (2 weeks of the ship date) may limit your ability place future orders with Christina Kober Designs.

returns

  • We ask that any returns be reported in writing (email) within 5 days of receipt. Any returns should be shipped within 5 days of communication with tracking. Returns must be received by Christina Kober Designs with original packaging and marketing materials.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned.

exchanges

  • We are always happy to exchange in-stock items for you; however, if the items returned are in a condition other than how they were received (ie; they require repair, or cleaning) there will be a 15% re-stocking fee.

repairs

  • All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. If it is delivered in a state that is less than perfect due to the fault of Christina Kober designs, please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary repair or exchange.
  • Any repair needed due to regular wear and tear, will be repaired free of charge within 4 months of date of purchase. Repairs after the four month purchase date will incur a charge depending on the time and materials needed to repair the item.

packaging materials

  • All items are shipped in individual ziplock bags with item numbers.
  • Small jewelry pouches, earring cards, and story / care cards are provided free of charge.
  • Christina Kober designs displays, marketing materials & luxe packaging are available upon request. Please contact us regarding availability and pricing.
