wholesale policies

MINIMUMS:
opening order: $300
faire opening order: $500
reorder minimum: $100 *
* no reorder minimum with a $300 yearly spend

RETAILER BENEFITS:
spend $1000/year: + listing on website + proximity exclusivity
spend $5000/year: + zip code exclusivity + drop ship fee to ship direct to customers is removed

DROPSHIP ONLY ACCOUNTS:
any items shipping directly to a customer will incur a drop ship fee ($4/item) + cost of shipping.

PAYMENT:
payment is due before your order ships. payment for small orders (5 items or less) & deposits on larger orders are due at the time the order is confirmed. we require a 50% deposit on both 14k gold items and custom messages*.

LEAD TIME:
all jewelry is made to order. orders typically ship within 1-2 weeks. small orders of 5 items or less generally ship within 1 week.

rush orders are accommodated on a case by case basis, a rush fee of 20% per item will apply.

SHIPPING:

orders ship via usps priority mail (2-3 day shipping). we are happy to accommodate other shipping methods with an additional handling fee. 

*CUSTOM MESSAGES:
a custom message is anything outside of our standard “in-production” messages listed on our line sheet. custom message charges begin at $5 wholesale ($10 retail) per piece. custom messages require a 50% deposit and cannot be returned or exchanged.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:

any order changes or cancellations must be sent to wholesale@christinakober.com.

orders cancelled within 2 weeks of the ship date may limit your ability to place future orders at Christina Kober Designs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

we ask that any returns be reported to wholesale@christinakober.com within 2 weeks of delivery. if items returned are in a condition other than how they were received (ie, they require repair or cleaning) there will be a 15% restocking fee. Any returns or exchanges should be shipped within 1 week of communication and with tracking. custom messages and orders cannot be returned.

REPAIRS:

all jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. If it is delivered in a state that is less than perfect due to the fault of christina kober designs, please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary repair or exchange. any repair needed due to regular wear and tear, will be repaired free of charge within 4 months of date of purchase. Repairs after the four month purchase date will incur a charge depending on the time and materials needed to repair the item.
