Re-Introducing Erin G. | Wholesale Partnership Manager
It's time to re-introduce Erin G., our Wholesale Partnership Manager. With a passion for vintage finds, art, and adventurous family outings, Erin brings a unique blend of creativity and enthusiasm to her role. Get to know more about her favorite pastimes, pet peeves, and personal inspirations in this Q&A.
Q:In 150 words or less describe your ideal day.
A: Iced coffee and breakfast at my favorite local bakery in Chattanooga (Niedlov's) followed by scouting out some of my favorite vintage shops and plant nurseries. Then a nap, of course. Then what my husband and I call "adventure day" with the kids. Usually we just see where the day takes us like a fun new restaurant in another town or a pro soccer game.
Q:List the last 3 books or podcasts you've read or listened to.
A: My podcast library is all over the place. Lately I love Stuff You Should Know. I've also recently binged the fascinating Dr. Death series about medical fraud. All the seasons are great. This week I am deep into law tube live trial updates with Emily D. Baker and Lawyer You Know.
Q:What is your biggest pet peeve?
A: Littering, loud chewing, and not putting your shopping cart back will all get major side eye from me.
Q:What is your greatest obsession?
A: ART. It just makes me happy and calm. I have a rule for my instagram account - I only follow artists whose work I love. I find it so inspiring and motivating. My husband and I will buy art on trips together as our souvenirs and our little collection of work in our house is something I cherish. I've always said if I had lots and lots of money, I'd spend it on art (or Ina Garten's garden, but that's a whole different rabbit hole).
Q:What animal do you most identify with? Why?
A: The rhino. When I was in college I cast a silver pendant out of a friend's rhino button while I was going through a lot. That little guy around my neck reminded me of my strength and ability to move forward everyday. I still have it in my nightstand and still pull it out every now and then when life gets heavy. I plan to get a tattoo of a small rhino someday soon.
Q:Which Disney princess/character do you identify with most? Why?
A: I wanted to be Ariel when I was four, mostly because I loved to swim and the soundtrack to TLM is on point. I still love her curiosity and determination. I have also related to the struggle with feeling like I didn't belong until I found "my people".
Q: List your four favorite Christina Kober products:
A: Currently my top four are the signet ring, the diamond dusted oval hoop earrings, the baguette diamond fleck ring, and the oval sparkle ring. Apparently I like ovals.
