For all active retailers, there’s no minimum on reorders. So if a customer wants a different size or metal than what you have in stock, you can easily order just one!

Display one or two sample pieces—either in your case or worn by you or your team with a personalized message. It’s the easiest way to start a conversation and spark interest.

Add a small sign or display card near your samples explaining that personalization is available. If you need help with this, I’m happy to create a printable file for you.

Shipping Made Easy
If your customer is visiting and can’t return to pick up their order, no problem! Active retailers can have the order drop-shipped directly to the customer with no extra fee—just the cost of shipping. The package includes your usual packaging from me and no invoice.

Order Details Made Clear
When placing a personalized order, include your order number and your customer’s contact info. We’ll mark it accordingly on your order so you know exactly who it’s for when it arrives.
